Choethun (Tib. ཆོས་མཐུན་) is the official website of His Holiness Choni Rangshar Rinpoche, popularly known as Tang Rinpoche. As the title implies: choe (Dharma) and thun (in conformity), it promotes Buddhist teachings and relates to Rinpoche’s first name, his monastery (Chedeypung Dratshang), and other organisations established by this dzogchen tertön.

A four-day Gelphu Mindfulness City (GMC) event began today under the guidance of His Royal Highness the King of Bhutan. Participants included Team 22, the BIFA China–Bhutan group, senior teachers such as H.H. Tang Rinpoche and Jigme Tenzin Rinpoche, as well as members of the monastic community.
