Choethun (Tib. ཆོས་མཐུན་) to oficjalna strong Jego Eminencji Choney Rangshar Rinpoche, znanego również jako Tang Rinpoche. Tytuł strony łączy w sobie dwa wyrazy: choe (Dharma) i thun (zgodny). His Holiness Tang Rinpoche arrives at the National Memorial Chorten to preside over events held from 21st to 29th of June 2024 and coordinated by Chhoedeypung Monastery, Bumthang. Rinpoche will also bestow the transmission of Ugyen Guru Rinpoche and the teachings on Jampel Zhidrup revealed by His Holiness Jigme Phuntshok. He will bestow the empowerment, oral transmission and instruction to this profound terma.
The annual Vajrakilaya (Dorje Phurba) and Ling Gesar drubchos were held at Choedaypung from Saturday, Oct 28 until Saturday, Nov 4. Ceremonies and offerings were traditionally accompanied by ritual dances.
