Victorian 1890s Black Silk, Lace, Jet Beads, and Fringe Capelet. Darling no closure front. Fun capelet with so much going for it. Layers of lace, fringe, jet beads surrounded by embroidery. Fully lined. There are no holes, some of the lace in very small areas could use tidying up and it could use a good steaming. The lace and fringe is cotton, the base is black silk. Wonderful condition. Length is 22" and measures 42" round. About a size 10.
