Vintage estate sterling silver large openwork necklace pendant. Scandinavian modernist style open “lace” design. Crafted by hand using very thick / wide sterling (32 grams) to form a curved pattern with filigree scroll elements around border. Stamped “Sterling” near center. An unsigned studio piece that bares striking resemblance to the great mid-century modern Scandinavian jewelers. Acquired from the estate of an elderly fine jewelry collector. 3” length and 2.75” width. Excellent vintage condition.
