On the 23rd of December, the annual Jampel Zhidrup Choeshay program begins at the Choedaypung Monastery. The teachings on peaceful Manjushri will be held until the 29th of December and will commemorate the 17th parinivarana of His Holiness Khenchen Jigme Phuntsok Rinpoche.
This year, only monastery inhabitants are able to attend the event because of the restrictions associated with the pandemic. However, His Eminence Tang Rinpoche has given his kind permission to record these profound teachings and make them available for all wishing to study them. Apart from Facebook streaming video, audio recordings will be uploaded on this website. Teachings will be given in Dzongkha and translations into other languages will be available later.
