Shedra (Tib. བཤད་གྲྭ) refers to the educational programme in Dharma. Monks participating in shedra at Chodeypung Dratshang take their monthly tests to check their knowledge of Buddhist subjects. When weather conditions allow, the test is administered outside, under the watchful eye of the commission.
